QUALIFIED UPV Examiners in Sector Lake Michigan (D-9W)

This is a list of auxiliary personnel who hold the marine safety qualification of Uninspected Passenger Vessel Examiner (UPV), more popularly known as “six–pack” examiners.

This list will be published annually and as additional personnel qualify and are able to do UPV exams.

The personnel listed herein hold valid qualifications. If a members name does not appear on this list, then that members UPV qualification is NOT shown in Aux Data and is deemed invalid. Members with questions about the validity of a UPV qualification should submit their documentation and a brief explanation in writing to the DSO-MS, who will look into the problem and get it corrected.
