INCIDENT COMMAND SYSTEM (ICS) REQUIREMENTS:

The easiest way to determine what your ICS requirements is to ask your FSO-IS or FSO-MT to show you your status on the Training Management Report from AUXDATA.  Each qualification that needs ICS will show those fields, for example:

  • Boat Crew will show fields for ICS 100 and IS 700,

  • Coxswains will show fields for ICS 100 and 210 and IS 700 and 800.

  • Fingerprint technicians require ICS 100 and IS 700 but

  • Instructors (IT), Vessel Examiners (VE), and Marine Dealer Visitors do not require ICS.

The most current information on ICS requirements can be found on the Chief Director's "Surface Operations" page  web site.
