On behalf of the nearly 1,200 members of U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary District Nine - Western Region (also known as the 9th Western), welcome to our website. Made up of 10 Divisions consisting of over 50 Flotillas, we proudly serve portions of Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana.
Our members actively provide safety patrols on area waterways and regularly meet with the boating public at marinas and in classrooms. If you are new to our area, new to boating, or you are an experienced boater, please feel free to explore this website or contact us to learn more about our Vessel Safety Check programs, our Boating Education classes, or even becoming a member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary.
