PROCEDURES ROUTING GUIDE & MEMBER FORMS

All Auxiliarists at one time or another will complete forms for various reasons. This guide is a centralized repository for the routing of many of the common forms and procedures used within our district.

The guide is organized in two ways:

• Table of Contents (TOC) by Subject
• Table of Contents (TOC) by Form Number

In some cases a desired action will require more than one form and at times more explanation than the simple routing will be useful.

To conserve space, abbreviations and acronyms are used. A Glossary of Terms and Acronyms is provided for reference.

As a reminder, it may suffice to merely glance at the Table of Contents (TOC), while clicking on the item in the TOC will lead you to a more complete explanation as well as alternative methods of transmittal that may be available.
